Starbucks Coffee Company

Usually great service and drinks but lately I get to my destination and there’s no flavor put in the coffee. Please double check and I also will taste before I pull away.

Great staff, comfy seating and spacious for a place to get work done on the go. Music for half of my visit was obnoxiously loud. Couldn't even hear my own headphones with the volume cranked. Someone must have asked staff to turn it down because it was quiet the rest of the stay. Keep the volume low and the place is perfect. ^_^

Wasn't a person in the store but one customer he was standing there like she was in line. Of course we were two different races so I get it. Racism has not went anywhere. They just hired it. However, she could have said oh I've already ordered but she didn't. Someone like her walked in and went straight to the counter and of course they serviced her before me. Did I say I was in there before her? So at that point I had an attitude with her, the line cutter and the clerk because I know you can see and if you can't you don't need to be working at Starbucks. A lot of these businesses are horrible and I mean most of them in Ohio customer service went away with the pandemic

The most wonderfully people work here! They are so friendly and helpful. Always receive more than 2 Hello welcome and good bye! Always smiling and today was even more special when I saw a small note in my cup!! Love coming to this place! Thank you!!

The girl who took my order was nice and giggly. The lady who was cleaning the sign outside she was spraying something and it got in my eye. I know it wasn't on purpose it was because of the breeze but they should maybe wait until there's no customers in the Drive-Thru. Instead of for apologizing she ran back into the building.
